BUYING TICKETS FOR WALES EUROS CAMPAIGN IN 2023

Can anyone please help?

Sorry if I am sounding bit thick but I'm at mi wits end and would welcome some guidance from an 'expert".

I have taken out two Red Wall Memberships - one for myself (OAP) and one for my adult daughter. I have tried to buy 5 campaign tickets for both us two, my 7- & 8-year-old grandsons and another adult daughter (these last 3 don't have red wall memberships but thought I could buy tickets for them) but the website is not allowing me to buy the tickets as it says the other 3 are not assigned. What do I do please?

Many thanks for help.

This situation is going to get messy think you need to look up the criteria for purchasing tickets .. basically taunement tickets are available to red wall members but there is a qualify criteria... at present anyone who bought last taunement tickets can keep their seats until mid November
What's left can be purchased buy red wall members... joe public not able to buy unless any tickets left and thats not very likely.... as to assign others think they must be red wall members to do that ... you can try adding them to your membership there is part on your account to do this .... but suspect you cant as sure need membership number ..... ehats happened is they've changed criteria and way people purchase tickets so getting one is very hard to unlikely unless red wall member but even that is hard as previous tournament fans get priority over new members

Will be plenty available after that campaign I think that’s where we start to see Wales decline for a while

Thank you - that's cleared quite a lot of the confusion. I'll try to get the others memberships and take it from there. :thumbright:

I finally managed to get the 5 campaign tickets seated next to one another in section 127 in the Canton - well chuffed!!! Thanks for the guidance on what I was doing wrong in terms of ensuring all concerned were members and that the relative permissions to buy were added to those accounts. :bluescarf: :thumbright: :bluescarf:
