There's good options available so next week someone new needs to be at the helm, then we got a mini pre season (WC) coming up to re start and work on a lot of things

Tan and the board have been cost cutting for a long time now and will not stop.
Any new manager coming in will be on the cheap and will be a former player or an unknown in the
manager scene. Nothing will ever change until Tan and the board leave our club.

Agreed he has been cost cutting, not hard to see. But what you don't understand is money is actually there, so if it really came to it we could hire one of the more experienced coaches available

Reducing costs, yes, and trimming the fat. But he's clearly spent money and backed his managers. Anybody who says otherwise is ignoring the truth.

The problem is the money we spend, generally, has been a catastrophic waste.
