Annoyingly, you see glimpses of quality from this team. Real quality.
The right coach / manager can get these to click, I really think that. But, where would we even start in terms of finding the right person? Off the top of my head, there is nobody potentially available that I feel can pull this team together.
The only name that crops up in my head potentially is Nathan Jones.
On another note, both the referee on Saturday and tonight have both been piss poor, and have influenced both results with their decisions.

Sorry to say but apart from Allsop, Kipre, O’Dowda and Robinson, literally all the rest are just not good enough.
Can’t string more than 2 passes together without giving away possession and now can’t shoot on target.
Not a great combination if we want to avoid relegation.
Tonight’s performance was like they had never played together. No press or fight. Looked lethargic and bereft of any ideas.
Nkounkou is possibly the worst defender I’ve ever seen.
Shocking.

Until we get a real manager we wont know , We need a football man in charge not dalman or choo clearly Tann not got a clue but for some reason he trusts them 2 who know shit on football why we keep picking the wrong managers besides Warnock and Malky the others have failed big time.
We need Sean Dyche and he needs to get the support we also need football people to replace Dalman & choo seems hard as Choo is a nice bloke and I think wants the best for Cardiff but Dalman is just a crook who is interested in his pocket not our club.
We are a club sadly going back to the 80s needs a hero to come and save us like Sam did a person with money who loves football and wants to win because he loves football not himself as Tan does

Many of us said at the start of the season that staying out of the relegation zone was all that we could expect to achieve. We are still on track but for how long?

Yesterday showed there wasn't a plan B. We resorted to long ball and it was a massive step backwards.
We need someone in quick time becuase what that showed is we good when we have no pressure.
Come Sunday Swansea will push us everytime and it will be a game similar to last night.
