QPR boss Michael Beale:
“You don’t know what’s going to come tomorrow. We’ve been riding a crest of a wave and doing well - if the results go the other way, football’s up and down.
"It’s obvious that I’m ambitious. It’s obvious that the players here at QPR want to go and play in the Premier League and I want to go and manage there and in Europe and above. But you deal with today and today I’m the manager of QPR.”
Cardiff City boss Mark Hudson:
"The Championship brings games thick and fast. We had to speak about the game on the weekend and then focus quickly on QPR, and what we could do better from the game.
"We spoke about them yesterday and we’ll travel down today. They’ve done well under Michael. It’ll be a tough game and we’ve got to keep our levels as high as possible."
