Great win but not a strong team at all? None of the players highlighted are 1st team

Give the kid a chance Annis he still might be. Needs a season to get used to the rigors of first team .At least we are not relying on players like him for our survival.

Not one big name? Tanner was bought with potential but hardly a big name 1st team player. Leahy I would say is the best player from what inhave seen but not 1st team. Impressive win with a young inexperienced team for me

Is Tanner a disappoint then.
I've not seen him play.
I was hoping he was something in the making.
As clips of him looked great.
I know it's early days and he's stepped up many levels.
Is it just time he needs.
Or not up to it.

Martin,

Not having ago at the player himself, i already know all about him from a manager in that league FC Lewis were in. The media and our club made him out to be a potential superstar, so yes if hes in the U21's team then i would expect him to do really well by what the media etc have said.

Apparently time he needs??

Tanner is 20 yrs old, not a kid, so after reading the big reports and build up on him you would expect him to be knocking on the door of the first team by now, just my view.
