Got to the match late today as my boy's match in Llanrumney finished at 12noon! :(
Just got in to see penalty miss!! We have moved our seats back this season and are now in line with the same row as VT and TG's row. It was great to see VT there again today. He stood up for most of the second half as did his Mrs? or could have been his daughter!! Also great to see his reaction to our winner - jumping about and shaking hands. I thinks he has got the bug big time. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Yes he has, he was sat next to our CEO in the first half.

But in the second half Gethin didn't take his seat.

It was great to see VT's reaction to the wnner, they have really got the City bug big time :ayatollah:

Carl - do you know who the lady in question was - she seemed to be jumping up and down all the time? :D
Mind you it could have been she was trying to get warm.

Carl,

When are you expecting to hear any news on the further investment from VT's friends. I know some of them are really big hitters with even deeper pockets that VT, so hopefully some positive news will be coming shortly. In my opinion, nothing is certain in football, but with a few more additions in January, we will have an excellent chance of a top two finish. We could even decide to buy some of the current loan signings (Oli and Drinky?), which would free up another 2 top class loan signings.

Any ideas on names/timescales etc.

Cheers

These things take time Moley, remember how long it took the Malaysians to get on board originally.

Didn't realise they were there today. DJ must have kissed keogh after the game as that was pure crap of a performance his team put in today and if that goal hadn't gone in it would have been a completely different reaction at the end I'm sure.

got to admit, i was talking about keogh at the game today, thought he had a bad game, whats his purpose here, what does he do for the team ,etc, etc, when he scored, i told you he was the best signing this summer :ayatollah:

he certainly seemed to enjoy the last goal, up off his feet and clapping like mad.
did not seem the actions of someone with no alegiance to the club.
very encouraging.

Maybe that goal could turn out to be one of the most important in the history of the club. :ayatollah:
