It's being used around parks ect as a community vehicle with rangers wardens having access to it.... supporting local people.

This is true.. I was overtaken by this vehicle on the B4 yesterday.. once known as the M4.

It will need to be "de-tuned" if it's to be used on the M4. It will be far too fast for that car park, (SORRY) I mean road.
