Yes, but we have to start avoiding defeat. Today is yet another example of us not getting something out of the game when we should have. Six defeats already this season. If we lose the next two then obviously thats it for him. Avoid defeat especially in the derby.

Watching that today and watching paint dry is the same thing.
Nice work until it comes to the front line - just inept basically.
It wasnt for the lack of effort - its that we have no clue in the final 3rd of the pitch

Until today, I would say yes, but I am somewhat doubtful now after that display. Mark Robins changed the set up of his side after 20 minutes and it proved decisive, as Coventry dictated the game after that. Hudson kept the same system even with personnel changes, and we did not look like scoring as we could not open them up. I like Harris as he gives his all for the cause, but isn’t it about time that Etete is given a chance to prove himself for 30 minutes at least? He has come on as substitute in four matches around the 80th minute mark, and the poor lad has no chance to prove himself. He is certainly not the finished article yet, but in the short time he was on the field against Wigan and today, I thought he put himself about and was very good at holding the ball up for his fellow players. Give the lad a chance with some longer game time, and let’s see what he can do.
I thought Nkounkou was a complete liability today, and could not find his own players with a pass all game. The next two games are going to be interesting!

Absolutely agree about Etete. The system wasn’t working so why not bring him on at 60 mins. He looked quick and offered a physicality that the Coventry team hadn’t been experiencing up to then.

He also held the ball up and won a few headers so would be good to at least try him alongside Robinson.

Today was one of those frustrating games where you would be grateful for a point after not playing well. We lost it and that just makes it more frustrating.

Need a response in the next 2 games.

By the way Rinomhota, Ralls and Wintle together don’t work. Play Rinomhota and Wintle with a creative player like Sawyers or Colwill.
