I know Mark Hudson has done very well, but so dud mick Mccarthy when he was on a temporary contract. My question is 1.are there really managers quality managers out there that want to be involved with us.
2.if not how long are we gonna put up with this model time and time again?
In my opinion if you invest in a manager you invest in the project and when we do that we'll reap the rewards

Long term investment in manager are long gone... average championship manager is 9mnths..you be surprised by how many clubs have had and not talking about us either.. people use brentford as a model? Well that model took 8yrs £170m on players plus sales of £80m of best players to pay for it.... no chance of that happening now,

Why not, if the board are serious about us being desirable on the pitch and successful or to sell us we have to be stable and structured we're neither of those because there no plan. In any business success is built from the top down

Give a manager 5yr contract and he spends x amount on players to suit his philosophy in 1st season team bombs that's ok tjeres always next season that bombs what then ? Owner Say it's ok well give you more money to buy players without success ? That mean 3yrs and lots money getting nowhere......fans never mind owners have not got that kind patience... like said those days have gone football us about success sooner rather than later unfortunately.

Some managers in Scotland have worked on rolling contracts, less security for them obviously but less risk for the club.
