Radio coverage around Abertillery area

Anybody know if City games are covered on radio Wales in the Abertillery area? I know the coverage is split between the regions of Newport, Cardiff, Swansea. I'm not sure where Abertillery is considered by radio Wales

Radio Wales splits into three regions for sport when necessary. North/West/East
Obviously you'll be in the East where certainly for away games City will be on. Listening now to the Wigan game on sky radio channel 0117

Cheers mate. I'll be buying a cheap standard FM/AM radio, do you think this will get the City games in Abertillery? Or will it be considered East Wales and therefore recieve Newport County games?

Abertillery is more Newport area than Cardiff... touch and go which team pick up.. sometimes radios will pickup both areas depends on radio you use...

Usually a split between City and Newport depending on who’s usually home.
