New Manager next month?

Thinking about it I think it make sense for the club to wait until the World Cup starts in just over a month before appointing a new manager.

Hudson appears to be keeping things ticking over nicely and continuing the good work of SM and the amount of games until then will provide a very solid evidence base on whether he should be given the job or not. In the meantime the club can research alternative candidates if they want to go another way.

In addition, if a new manager is appointed then they will have a good amount of time to start planning for their own reign rather than getting through a slog of games whilst trying to implement their ideas.

i can see there being alot of chopping and changing during the world cup break, i think a few clubs are waiting it out until then before making changes, WBA for example i think will probably hold out and see who is available.

my issue is, i don't trust the board to make the right decision, they will probably hire Bruce when he gets sacked.
