Ageed he was a grumpy fecker but did a great job

He was a manager who was happy to fall out with the fans and media, but considering the restrictions Jones managed under, for me, he did a much better job than any other over the past 20 years.

He brought in excellent value and was constantly having to sell his best players. I don't think I've enjoyed watching us play since. I was hopeful this season would change that, but the circus continues.

We played the best football in 40 years with Dave Jones. Every part of the ground bouncing even Grandstand.
