"I am going to focus purely on game to game and I’ve told the team that. Long-term is not something I’m looking at, because the games are coming so thick and fast.
"I’ve been given the go-ahead to go and bring another coach in and that needs to be right.
"As in the team, we are focused purely on Blackburn and then we will go to Wigan."
Does it bother you that other names keep cropping up for the job?
"I haven’t seen any names, I haven’t looked at any of it. I am too busy!"
How do you steer the focus inwards with players?
"I’m not hoping they are focused, I know they are fully focused. We were in yesterday focusing on what we did well and what we can do better. They are fully focused on the job in hand."

Is there any movement on bringing coaches in?
"I’ve got a couple of ideas. It’s just making sure they fit the football club, the staff and us. It’s not something that’s going to be rushed. I’m not going to give you any names!"

Steve Morison was decent with the Academy and I've heard he might be available

I'm getting concerned they are bringing friends in with the names mentioned.
Gab was a great player but coach there's question marks.
Ledley coaches kids since retirement.
