MARK HUDSON TEAM: " CARDIFF CITY TEAM TODAY "

Sat Oct 01, 2022 1:01 pm

At first glance, that looks a very attacking team. Is it a 4-4-2? Certainly looks like a variation of that. Wintle and Ralls as the only two central midfielders and a back four with Niels Nkounkou, who has looked a little suspect at times, on the left.

There is no Rubin Colwill in the squad. Mark Hudson had alluded to the fact he had a niggle. None of the other injured players -Kion Etete, Isaak Davies and Ebou Adams - are involved, either.

Gavin Whyte is on the bench. A lot of fans want to see him get a run after another impressive international break with Northern Ireland.

STARTING 11

Ryan Allsop
Mahlon Romeo
Perry Ng
Cedric Kipre
Niels Nkounkou

Joe Ralls
Sheyi Ojo

Mark Harris
Callum Robinson

SUBSTITUTES

Seriously comes in one game for 20 minutes and can’t play the next can see him being a constant sick note.

Colwill agree. Another sick note at his age not a good sign for the future Spent to much time with Tomlin. Ralls will not last 90 mins and I'd be surprised if he isent out for next Tuesday. Hope I'm wrong.

Sorry mate I just find it hard that after so long with the players this is the unimaginative team he’s come up with.
