Kids tickets / family tickets for home games on website?

I'm a season ticket holder myself but looking to buy 4 tickets in the family stand on the ticketing website - 2 adults and 2 children for a friend.

I can't seem to add any childrens tickets on there? Also, if my memory serves we right, didn't we used to offer family tickets also? Can't see an option for that either.

Anyone have any idea if i can even do this online anymore? Or do i need to ring the ticket office?

There did used to be a family ticket option, but only in certain areas of the stadium.

If I remember right, once you've selected the tickets, you have to assign them to your fan ID and then the various options appear for selecting adult, children's, seniors etc tickets.

I had this problem for the Preston game I give up and phoned ticket office who where very helpful and sorted it.
Apparently the kids have to be registered online to allocate a ticket.
