You need to look up our constitution and tax related issues, before quoting Welsh nationalist bigotted conspiracy theories.
Charles 111 promised (as his predecessors have done, since George 111 I believe) to hand over income from their estates to the government, in return for an annual grant. It was originally done as a goodwill gesture to pay for the Napoleonic Wars, but was never changed, so has been in existence for 200 years.
The Royal family also pay taxes (they were managed at Llanishen tax office the last I heard).

The £100 million you quoted is only £1.50 per person per year. and look at the massive benefits we get in return as a country.
