Foreign managers

Am i right in thinking OGS is the only ever foreign manager we’ve had in our long history? So what is our obsession with home grown managers? Personally i think Carlos Corberan would be a great choice if we could afford him, knows the league, Bielsa’s former no.2 so should play an attack minded formation, recommended by Pep for a Spanish job earlier in his career and free after being sacked recently

I would be made up if Carlos Corberan became our manager but I can’t see it happening, I hope I’m wrong

Difficult to imagine the current regime making such a progressive appointment.

Their search nowadays seems to extend no further than the doors of the stadium and the main requirement is that the new manager is employed as cheaply as possible.
