We should demand answers as fans?

Tan & Managers -

We should demand clarity and answers !

Tan very much fancies himself as being knowledgeable and very good at understanding football from a technical angle. Apparently ex managers have spoken about Tan being in regular contact , giving them opinions and I wonder - how much of this - translates into instructions ?
It is not a secret that he speaks to managers before and after games . It is almost certain that he (at least at times) he sends regular texts, during games.
We know that Solskjaer told Hudson about being left out, upon “instructions”. We also know what Gabbidon said . It is no secret that Tan discusses the team and tactics with the manager before a game.

Tan is an absolute dictator who does what he likes when he likes. Remember the change of colors and logo , the painter and decorator , the removal of both TG and Malky (which I believe had something to do with jealousy) , his buying of players (eg Veliconga reportedly) without the manager ?
All bullshit that we are building for the future, we need continuity, not sackings every season.

Facebook and Twitter CCFC posters and many on here are fed up and demanding answers, it is becoming like a circus and we are becoming a joke of a club. Plus not only the despicable rebrand, but we’ve had court case after court case , wasted money by the £millions by poor management at the top.

I have questions?

As practically the 100% owner , Tan is entitled to act like that ….however he will be judged on his performance and decision making .

I therefore ask :

1- Will our new manager be therefore a cheap , compliant - “yes man” ?

2- The new manager will already know about Tan and therefore pre accept and expect the situation ?

3- Does this mean that it is not possible for us to attract top managers ?

4- Should we or someone influential in the media be asking previous managers “directly” about the above ?

5- Should Tan himself ….. or Choo/ Dalman be asked the question ?

6- I believe the fans should have a full explanation and the plans that are now in place?

We also have the Emiliano Sala case hanging over us. Lost 2 appeals and now with £20million owing.

12 years later and now with Mark Hudson in temporary charge, NO way has our club gone forward, every season we are seing the same pattern, manager after manager rescuing the previous managers failings l.

I have tried to see both sides during Tans reign, it’s over and he needs to cut his losses and move on.

I have been supportive of this regime up to now because I’m not convinced that there have been any other realistic options with enough money to both buy us and then invest in the club to take us to the next level.

However, we do need to have some explanation behind this decision which, at best, is premature in my opinion.

Forever Blue said shortly after the game on Saturday that he had “lost faith” in Morison. I didn’t agree with that but if Tan/the board felt the same just come out and say it and at least we could try to understand the thinking.

The lack of communication just allows people to speculate and that becomes dangerous.

Some things are best left unsaid and I think what I've been told some players weren't happy with Morisons attitude to some players ,to the effect that a certain player was crying and distraught at a away game this year . Looks like his man management was the reason he got the boot not just the results .

Jeez that’s really bad if true. I’m thinking it must be something bad as he isn’t seemingly getting the rest of his contract paid up.

I think the club had enough tbh.

To add to the totally guesswork and speculation the cloak of silence from both sides probably means there maybe a legal claim or restriction
Was this an in anger resignation? Is there constructive dismissal claims ? Is there a gagging order?
No one knows so the ITK’ers are the source of “the truth “
