Ollie Tanner has reposted

A Twitter post in support of Steve Morison and slagging the club off for its decision.

We may want to put theories of dressing room unrest to the side.

I can’t see how a dressing room full of players who signed for the club and manager only a matter of months ago suddenly would rebel.

Get the feeling this has stemmed from an argument between Morison with Tan and/or Dalman and Choo.

Kipre also reposted a post criticising the decision.

There wasn't heavy pressure on Morison.

We'll find out what happened, Dalman won't be able to stop himself talking about it.

I believe the players were and are very much on the managers side here. Why wouldn’t they be?

This is down to something else.

I don't do Twitter, anyone except an inexperienced kid in the U23's and a guy on loan who is playing out of his skin breaking ranks with their employer?

Very odd situation when youve got a player not in the side reportedly questioning boards decision? As tanner played for us this season.... not normal for it especially when still at club. And there are several players probably happy hes gone..

I don't think there was ever a tweet slagging off the club (that would be employment suicide).

Tanner and Kipre just liked some fans saying it was a bad decision.

Think Tanner has since removed his like.

Isnt that same as saying it was a bad decision? If you like what was said?

I agree.

I was just confirming for Bluebird1977 that there was no tweet by any players announciating themselves any discourse towards the club.

Has anyone actually seen the tweets from Tanner and Kipre. They are not on their Twitter or even Insta? They may have been deleted but there must be a screenshot somewhere.

Just read the thread, it was a like not a post apparently although I'd be surprised if any player would even do that.

Paul, another stoopid comment and thread thread from the self-seeking and prolific OP (the new BarryWelsh88)

My first (well, second after trying to work out the constant but poorly written dross coming from him this morning) thought was 'why would any contracted player be so daft?'

And then it turns out it was just a 'like' that was hastily deleted

No issue with players supporting an outgoing manager. After all he brought them in to the club

Another nonsensical thread from a nonsensical poster!

He's got a history of this type of thing Chris, attention seeking, BarryWelsh MK2 it would appear.

What is nonsensical about giving a view away from that which suggests dressing room unrest when it is clear that the dressing room respected Morison.

A view? You made a statement about a (=1) post on an unretrievable twitter post and put it in a new thread where others of its ilk already existed.. !

That is what is 'nonsensical', as well as your incessant need to write mainly rollocks so far today!

Lots of 'suggestions' so far; but no firm proof other than the usual 'secondhand' information from people (maybe) with a vested interest; in your case, just wanting to be seen at any cost/embarrassment to your hidden self.. ;)

'SomethingBarryWelsh' also carps on about how he thinks Colwill is rubbish. Should change his username to 'Manuel', as he know naaaaaathing.

Compare Colwill to others at his age in this league and he isn’t what we are lead to believe.

Weirdly it seems that us fans (well majority) and the players are unified against sacking Steve, so the blame is at the board and the board alone. If Steve struggled in any way then the board should off reassured him, helped him more to get the results we need. Not just sack at the 1st sign of trouble.

Do you actually know what’s gone on behind the scenes to cause the sacking? No I didn’t think so and I doubt anyone on here does. Just another stick to bash Tan and the board with.

Showing your age ,these managers are paid well to do a job and win games Morison win rate is the same as trollope, Morison deserved to get sacked on the results alone but it was more than that .
