Huge opportunity wasted

In my opinion what a huge opportunity wasted. There we were with all the players on big contracts coming to end and a new era on the horizon. It felt like an exciting time, a chance for a new manager to build a new squad with all the free wages. Must be most managers ideal scenario to be able to have so much room to build a side to suit exactly how you want to do things.

We give that job to Morison and then sack him after 9 matches. Now here we are with a new squad on 3 year contracts so I’m guessing not a lot of room for a new manager to bring in his own players. Just have to work with what’s there.
