What was the half time bust up about and who was involved?

What about the bust up referenced in the title? I still think Morison deserved longer relegation last season was a distinct possibility and he did well to make it comfortable in the end. He is however a volatile character who appears to sometimes have a chip on his shoulder which didn’t endear to the masses.

Must admit I was surprised he has gone so soon. Tan gets a lot of stick but he generally gives his managers a chance. Even when the rest of us are baying for blood. Must have been more to it especially if we don’t have anyone lined up to come in

I assumed there was more to it than just the results. If it was just for results, he deserved more time as he brought in 17 new players who needed time to gel.

Morison's attitude has been an issue from day one. Some people admired his "straight talking" but, whatever you think of Tan, if he had that same way of talking to his boss then it was never going to end well.

Good that there's no compensation but I would think all this makes it even more likely that they'll offer the job to Hudson.

Going back long time wasnt it said tan spoke before and after games to manager as matter of routine? But can see where things are going even without the facts being known.... at end day yesterday's performance and subsequent comments made by morison made it highly likely to lose his job in near future as we were only going one way.

Bloody hell there must have been 20 half time ups bust-ups throughout the league yesterday, the issue was there was no improvement in the second half

He will be paid up the remainder of his deal but it’s peanuts compared to other managers we have sacked due to wages and short term deal.

Genuinely feel for Steve Morrison being relieved of duties. Was shaping a decent team with zero budget. Gelling them together would have taken time. Very difficult for modern day managers to be living match by match - zero incentive for them to build a sustainable team

Didn't Chopra used to spend half time on the phone to the bookies until somebody hid his phone and really pissed him off?

I reckon the bust up was because Vinnie was on the phone to Morison at half time telling him to play Watters at full back and to make sure Allsopp took the next penalty.

A couple of players have backed him including Tanner who was not there and never is.

100% they had a big fallout and Morison virtually walked
