It says it all.................

when a respected striker in the lower leagues struggles to see his team through the summer are desperate for 2 or 3 quality forwards, and yet it's a last minute throw of the dice to get someone in. Maybe that's a bit harsh, he knew it but he kept making excuses.

That to me says a lot that Morrison is not ready, still learning his trade, and no doubt he'll get there, but in the meantime we struggle again.

It looks a better squad, it feels a better squad and no doubt having seen some of the football, it's a far better footballing squad. But there's no leader, no steel, seems we just blow hot or cold and seems we have no stability because he's fannying around.

As for he's looking at performances rather than results, about bloody time he started looking at his perfofrmance!

I'm going to agree with you for once that Morison I think isn't the answer and I've been his biggest supporter ,we win a game, then he changes the formation and tactics and then we lose, its getting really frustrating ,this squad is capable of getting to the playoffs if managed right.

His arrogance and lack of management experience is now showing on a grand scale. Changes team and tactics after a great hard fought win. Loosing faith in Morison hope the board soon take his decisions and change him.

I really like and appreciate what SM has done, and what he's trying to achieve, but our expectations need a lot more, I've been a big fan of his, sadly I now think we need a change of manager, with experience of playing this current style

Did a fantastic job last season, built on the loan signings
Apart from Kipre the loan signings are poor, a LB who cant defend, and a winger who may great in 5 a side but looks out of his depth at this level

Time for a change , not his fault really, he should never have been given the job of this rebuild, inexperience all over our backroom staff is now telling with the results.
Ok to say its only Sept, but remember the season started in July.
