Or is he a decent manager with decent players who just haven't gelled yet as some would say?

Surely it can't help the team to gel when there are so many changes of both players and formations from game to game?

Not sure we are that poor.... More like poor management judging way he changes tactics and today the team... at times we play brilliant football but for some reason it changes next game usually because tactics are different... one thing for sure we cannot sit back and defend so why do it? Today had to be bad tactics because we never started playing at all it was the same slow one dimensional football from start to finish even with subs on...

Boro game proved we are not a poor team but questions have to be asked about why Morison changed tactics today .

No we are not a poor team. We've even spent £2 million on a couple of players. There is plenty of talent there. Is the Wigan and Rotherham squad better than ours? No. They are above us though. Five defeats already is not good enough with the squad available. I don't expect to challenge at the top of table but I expect a club our size with the squad we have to do better than bottom 6. I expect my team to fight not go down with a whimper every time we concded first. We should have a point today minimum. From the next 5 games, 3 are at home. 8 points woiuld be my minimum target.

Last season's team were poor with many first-teamers now plying their trade in L1.

IMO all of the summer signings intended for the first team would have ended up at other championship clubs if we were not successful in recruiting them, so no this is not a poor team.... The manager is a rookie and at the moment i doubt there are many top clubs monitoring his progress.

Just a poor Manager who keeps changing things and thinks he knows it all.likes to argue with other Managers who have had success something he hasent had. Something not quite right with the team must be his attitude. Better start looking at himself and get things right or he will loose the backing of the supporters.

Individually no we are not a bad team on paper. We have some very good players

But this team lacks both leaders and character

Tactically Morison got it wrong today and we just weren’t at the races, however a couple of genuine leaders would have galvanised that team and got us a least a point, but unfortunately we don’t have any!!

I think it’s a bit of both,Morison trying to run before he can walk properly and the players are just not consistent enough.I think we all new the outcome of this game when that penalty was saved.
Such a shane but Manager and players weren’t at the races today but they need to be Saturday.
