The board need to be looking and quietly talking to people. No rush but a new man in for the next window, I've seen enough now from Morison to highly doubt he can improve this team to the mid table side I expect. He tinkers too much and cant motivate. Next 5 games will confirm it. 3 are at home.

Come on guys he has had to drastically change the whole squad with little finances reduce the wages and is trying to change our style of play which has been horrible to watch. This is going to take time it’s not going to happen over night have faith. Before the sack talk and doubts give him till Christmas or for me the end of the season then judge

We didn't have to change the style, there were no marches or protests, the club stipulated it and SM is doing what his employers want.

I have never really taken to the manager but the club took a bold punt on him so i doubt unless we are in real trouble he will be sacked. (i don't think we are) Whether he gets an extension will be a different question.

Still paying the last few managers due to contracts. He was already within the club so I doubt anything will change as he's only working with what he's got to work with imo. You can't polish a turd as they say. Let's be honest even if we brought in a name manager and didn't win 10 games in a row we would see silly post like this about the new man that's how silly football fans have become irrelevant of spending and whats come in even if its millions worth or freebies like us.
