Joe Ralls injury update
Cardiff skipper Joe Ralls is 'highly unlikely' to feature against Huddersfield Town this weekend owing to a groin injury.
The Bluebirds midfielder was taken off at Middlesbrough on Tuesday and it looks almost nailed-on that he will miss the trip to the John Smith's Stadium on Saturday.
"He is highly unlikely to be available for Saturday. There are lumps, bumps, knocks and bruises. It’s whether people turn around quickly enough," Morison said.
"He will be back after the international break. He feels better today than he did at the time. It’s a really quick turnaround so I doubt he’ll be ready."

I agree, seems the pace this season to much for him. What's the point of a Captain who is going to be out injured for most of the season. Wants to get rid of the ball as soon as he can puts other players under pressure.

Adams has to be coming close to being in the bench if he’s in full training surely

not sure what everyone expects from our midfield.
Wintle is the sitter and he is good at receiving the ball and passing it on, he is our only genuine defensive midfielder.
Ralls and Rinomota are there to close down the left and right midfield. Both get to the ball quickly and tackle or hussle. Our first goal on Tuesday was from a Ralls block tackle. I don't think it a coincidence that we rarely see both of them in the box, SM appears to be pretty defensive.
IMO Sawyers is not a direct replacement for Ralls or Rinomota, he is a different midfielder, very composed on the ball but not a great tackler or athlete. Not sure where he excels in Tuesdays 532.
Interesting what SM does today
