5 at the back. Romeo & I’Dowda as wing backs. Not bad for an away match.attack minded bench too tbf

NG left back, Rog? Not Simpson surely.

It could be either, but i think odowda is wasted as a wing back done his best work playing on the wing

Worth trying something different.
I would prefer O'Dowda as a winger or wing back at the very least.
However, I'm glad to see a forward pairing instead of the isolated striker.
If we lose these two away matches, we are deep in trouble.

An interesting line-up there...
We've gone off the boil results-wise after early promise but if we can start the game well and get Robinson fed, we can get something out of this game; maybe even a tight win...

A first start for Robinson
The new boy is one of four changes for tonight.
Looks very much like a back three with Romeo and O'Dowda in the wing-back roles.
Jack Simpson takes his place in the back three to make his first start since the stalemate at West Bromwich Albion.
Captain Joe Ralls is back in the midfield, while Mark Harris makes only his second league start of the season, presumably slotting in alongside Robinson up top.
Rubin Colwill is in the squad, but starts this contest from the bench.
Max Watters is the only player from the defeat to Millwall to miss out. Not even on the bench tonight...

Would have preferred Watters to Harris the headless chicken but hopefully it works.

Can't believe it Headless chicken Harris in also The snail pass back Ralls in. Regardless of result think Morison lost the plot. Lose tonite who's he going to blame this time?.

Ryan Giles lining up for Boro tonight, by the way.
Three assists in eight games so far for Boro this season.

Wez,
Morison changes the first team every game, its exactly what happens as you said in the U21's ?

Changes every game baffles me. What i dont get is he starts watters weekly then hes not even in the squad is he injured??. Has he finally woken up and thought whats the point of playing him as he will drag him off just after half time anyway.

Watters needed to be dropped weeks ago. The line up inconsistently shows a manager desperate to find a winning formula. Dont get this line up either. Not confident. Another grim evening I think.

Ralls to play those defence splitting passes don’t make my laugh PLEASE don’t tell me he’s the number one choice ahead of Sawyers… too slow should’ve been allowed to leave and Mark Harris are we actually a championship team?!
