I have paid for a paper ticket. Has anyone had theirs yet or know when they are being sent out please?

I get paper tickets and usually come a week before but if haven't arrived 3 days before game ring them to check what's happening? Have had to collect at ground b 4 game occasionally. Obviously if game is on a Tues cal on the thurs b 4 game give them time to sort out.
