Pundit predicts tough season for Bluebirds
ITV pundit Dean Ashton says Cardiff City are in for a tough season despite the capture of striker Callum Robinson.
The 27-year-old arrived in the capital from West Bromwich Albion on deadline day, and came off the bench to make his debut during the defeat to Millwall on Saturday.
Ashton, speaking on ITV's EFL highlights show, believes the forward will have to find his shooting boots soon if Cardiff are to enjoy a successful season.
DEAN ASHTON:
"It feels like he has to," he said. "Only one goal in five, they've given [Max] Watters the opportunity early on in the season. It hasn't quite worked so they've gone out and got Robinson. He's shown he can score goals at this level and he's going to need to.
“It’s going to a long and tough season for sure.”

Tan is tredding water waiting to sell, when he does we will progress. Until then hold tight to the championship.

Well, now the Sala situation is on its vinegar strokes, if what you think is correct, it will soon become apparent
No one can say Vincent Tan hasn't backed his man this window, so pressure on Steve Morison
Personally, I believe we have enough to survive and with a January like last year's, we should be safe for another season yet; but it won't be exciting without goals...

As been pointed out played 3 of top 4 teams so far hopefully get bit more luck in front goal and we find net more..

If we can't Win the game ... Don't lose it . Every point is important at the start of the season .

We will be safe mid table, nothing exciting, by April/May IMO.
