You could watch the game while waiting. And food whilst not great was at least reasonably priced.

Maybe a thread on favourite/funniest Bob Bank memories.

I remember a mid week Welsh Cup game in mid 80s against Hereford - we were Div 2 them Div 4. It was the horrendous Alan Durban period. We were losing 0-4 at home. Peter Walker the BBC journalist thinks it is a good idea to descend from the press box to interview fans. He goes up to this chap I was standing relatively close to and asks him what he thinks of the score. His prompt reply a swift punch into Peter Walker's face...

A quick nervous walk under the Grange end (after the fencing) & there you were, a pasty & a Bovril was my go to at cold winter games, maybe 2 Bovrils for a night game.

Not sure I ever remember it looking that nice though.
