Is SM a Bully ???

Sun Sep 04, 2022 1:06 pm

Quite a few times I’ve read on topics regarding SM and the word Bully is being banded about a lot more.

It’s never his fault ever. He continues throwing youngsters under the bus.

Name me one occasion he’s publicly called out a senior player to two? It never happens. SM seems to be full of hot air and his balloon seems to be deflating at a rate of knots.

Bully or not the natives are beginning to get restless. No fight no guts no passion wot so ever in his teams.

Nobody actually knows what's he's like although he does baffle me week to week with his after match interviews which are contradicting to what he said in the one before most weeks.

Although I do know we will be top of the league for taking the knee come may and near the bottom at this rate results wise but it is what it is at the club at the moment I certainly won't be calling for the managers head or players after so little games. If we stay up ill be happy but I've said that since the end of lasts season knowing what was coming turn over wise and what i expecting to come in. To many unrealistic fans in my opinion but thats the joys of it all :bluescarf: :ayatollah: :| :|

No just a bit grumpy and speaks his mind a bit too much, he still needs media training, he doesn't like being challenged and needs to learn how to deflect like a politician.

What’s happened to our younger players

I am saddened that’s all I will say

I think people are basing this from him bringing Davies and Watters off and critising their game.

I prefer his bluntness compared to the shit Mick and Harris used to come out with. Even Warnock was full of excuses.

I said 2 or 3 could make it, not the 10-12 that were all thrown in to the first team squad, so get your facts right.
There you go again.

And I have always believed Rubin Colwill could make it.

A bit harsh calling someone a bully when you've never met them or experienced any form of contact with them apart from what you see and hear in the media. I should imagine he is as pissed off with it as we are :bluebird:

Our fans are as fickle as they come. From how refreshing our football is to a couple of defeats and trying to beat the manager with any stick they have. Chill out let's see how it plays out. We've been crying out for a clear out, fresh blood and ideas and as soon as it isn't quite going as rosey as we'd all like it to, the toys come out of the pram. Pathetic.

SM is straight talking, no nonsense. It is generally refreshing but probably should take a bit more responsibility at times.

What an absolute bullshit of an OP.

Probably the same type of person that tried to make out Bellamy was a bully when he was at our academy!

Snowflakes everywhere!!

Some people just like to chuck the word “Bully” about, would he still be called a bully if we where top of league? If think not.

No, he's not.

Never seen him call out any established players. Very rarely takes the blame himself instead prefers to deflect the blame onto the younger players.
Doesn’t come across as someone you would want in the trenches next to you.
