Warnock's on song version is very effective, Micks off key version was too painful to turn up for.

SM needs to get some urgency into the pattern of play as its just too slow.

This current team cannot play that style. For starts we have hardly anyone tall in the squad. We would play hoofball and lose.

Doesn't work. It's a found out style of football.

We just need to give a bit of time for it to gel. Our issue is banking on one player to score. That's the main worry.

Hoofball or tippy tappy is fine - as long as it results in putting the ball in the net. We cant seem to do that at the moment - where as we could with Warnock.

I think it was Warnock that said there are only types of football 'brand' - winning and losing. And he won more than he lost. Same as Malky.

I used to love watch the Dave Jones era with Chopra / Jay / McPhail , McCormack etc - but that team never got promoted.
