We slate them from time to time but they have been nothing but excellent in my opinion.

I was late ordering my Millwall ticket as I thought a Grandchild was imminent.....false alarm, don't trust these women!

Ordered on Tuesday online........no more than 20 mins later I received a call from the ticket office.

As I am behind enemy lines the lovely lady stated that we will not get the ticket to you on time (postal strike), so would it be OK to pick it up at Millwall. I agreed.....what great service.

Sounds like they were very helpful for you and showed great service.

I've seen some on here complain about them but with all the the times I've spoke to them over the last few years especially, which is a lot, they've always provided great service.

If you treat them with respect then they'll solve your queries quickly and efficiently.

Yep same as me, got a phone call to say collect from Corky in Millwall, anybody know his number as train we’re catching doesn’t get into Millwall much before 2:50
