Cardiff City are in talks with West Brom attacker Callum Robinson over a potential last-minute deal for the 27-year-old, according to Sky Sports.

The Republic of Ireland international was not involved in the Baggies’ squad at all for the trip to Wigan Athletic where Steve Bruce’s side came away from the North West with a 1-1 draw thanks to a goal from Karlan Grant.

This would be a very good signing, fantastic if true!

It's not so much about what hes done previously it's how he will enhance the team and will he score goals with system we play... good signing if happens.. and maybe just maybe he can help watters regain scoring touch he use to have before coming to us..

Has to be better than what we already have.

He would be a good signing but he's not the centre forward,or target man that we desperately need.

I don't think we need a target man at all. Just a striker who can take their chances.
Plus I feel hugill is going to come off anyway.

Robinson will be better than what we’ve got already. Would still prefer Hugill or someone who has the same physical attributes he does. We put in dangerous crosses but our “strikers” are stood still. How many times has the ball cut back to the pen spot and no one has been there. Robinson and Hugill and we could be a dangerous team.

If we had Hugill last night we would have probably got a result.

Him and Robinson woukd be great. Then let Harris go

To be fair, the only negative comments towards him are the top 2 comments. The rest seem to be aimed at the club for lack of transfers/poor squad.

Agree, if Burnley have put in a bid then he's bound to choose them over us.

We got no chance they might ask for a 50p transfer fee way above our transfer budget. Used to shop at Harrods then Pound shop now going to free food banks. Our owner a billionare it's a joke.

It’s an average wage of £12k per week for the first team squad.

However if you’ve got two players on £6k per week you could pay another £24k which is pretty healthy.

But some on here don’t want the facts to spoil the headline !!!!
