In the summer, Steve Morison told us to be excited about this season.

I have enjoyed every home game, even losing last night , as there is better football and good players giving great effort.

However excitement comes with goals and results and seeing upward movement in the table. We're not currently seeing any of that. Some on here were disgruntled when others were moaning about no strikers and to be patient. It is clear that unless Morison addresses that in the next 48 hours, we are facing a real struggle.

Luton were the latest of every side we've played to have better forward options on the bench than we have overall. No idea why we left it so late and brought in 17 players but no forward. Without them, our midfielders need to get in the box but they all want to play and pass around it.

Not moaning, just frustrated. Can't fault the effort and commitment but it is going to be awful if we've done so much hard work in recruitment and on the training ground but let ourselves down badly with forwards.

Enjoyable game though, just a bad result and afraid last night , the defence went to sleep on both Luton goals.
