Cardiff City need to use Rubin Colwill - otherwise they will lose him

Colwill and Davies were undoubtedly the success story of last season.


A pair of young Welsh prospects who look capable of not only holding their own in this Cardiff side, but propelling them to greater heights.


They’ve rarely featured together yet, but they dovetailed to great affect to create and convert Cardiff’s goal at Liverpool last season and whet the appetite for a future partnership.


Both missed out on pre-season and Davies is behind Colwill in his recovery, but this season is surely where Cardiff either use or lose them.

Hopefully any interest will be discouraged in the final days of the transfer window and they will go on to get sustained playing time together this term.

Colwill missed pre season.. he won’t last 99 mins.. he is still huffing and puffing after he makes. run
he still needs to work on his tracking back… unfortunately he still only has one pace.. he has all the skill but lacks pace.. if he can build on that he will be atop player.
Morrison knows what he is doing with him.

That’s exactly what I was told towards the end of last season, not the club but Morison has no faith in him, but hopefully Morison has no other choice but to pick him.

Annis, on here earlier I was reading that he was on for 25 minutes but still topped out the stats so why the hell wouldn't morison start him? If there's a problem the board need to sort it.

Good, but I hope people don't start moaning that Mr Tan is interfering in team selection as on this occasion its needed and I'd try GW up front.

I'm not a fan of articles author. Hedidn't fully oppose Tan's terrible rebrand and generally talks rubbish. Anyone know how long he's been going down the City?

I'm still not convinced he's got the right attitude ,when he gets tackled ,some times he falls over ,and complains to the ref rather than tracking back and winning the ball back ,he's good on the ball but not very good without it a bit lazy . He's definitely talented but jury is out for me .
