How much did it affect you losing the derbies last season?
It affected me after the Swansea loss because of the backlash from it. There wasn’t a right thing to say after that game, because everything you said got torn apart. It was a disappointing part of a thing we had to do.
It’s not good losing a game, but that Bristol City loss was a turning point, we near enough got ourselves safe after that. It wasn’t a good day but it ended up being the catalyst for the positive results we needed.
The Swansea one, it affected you mentally. The backlash was awful and we have to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Totally Stunned after the Scumsea game, and worse was to follow…. SM’s reaction and post match comments were totally unacceptable, and quite frankly, Pathetic. He, (and the rest of the committee), has already gone down in history for all the wrong reasons, and they’ve got an awful lot too do to redeem things. Not Happy!

Get over it. It’s gone and history is not as important as the present

You don't get over something like that if you are a true Cardiff fan.
If we had done that to the Jacks they would be the same.
I wanted that squad out and at least we have done the majority of that. Even so, it still stinks that day and hopefully we can go to correcting a lot of it this season.

The older you get the more you're able to deal with defeats, even against your arch enemies. Nowadays I don't get too high when we win or too low when we lose. I got really low when I thought we were going into administration or even worse liquidation during The Riddler's time here and I promised never to let it happen again. I feel so positive that we've now got someone at the helm who really does have an eye for a footballer. What happened last year with players not of his choosing is history so cut him some slack.

I was gutted obviously especially at the 0-4 game where I did something I never normally do and got up and walked out. BUT once I had got over my ranting I didn't feel as bad as I would have in previous years purely because the whole of last season was a long drawn out agony especially under MM and I knew most of those players would be gone in the summer, and I couldn't wait to see the back of them.
We lost that game (and others) because we had a squad who knew their time at the club was up and who didn't give a toss. My mate who is a Jack even took it easy on me and said we are just awful, and that they are also awful but on that one day it all fell in to place for them because they wanted it and we didn't.
Morison was doing his best with a tired, old, lump the ball forward squad but this season we will be more up for these games. If we have the double done over us again this season from either Bristol or Swansea then I would be more gutted than I was last season as I feel like we could be the ones to win all 4 games this time around.
Lets just hope Morison does "get it" this time and gets the players fired up, if he does then we will blow both of them away.

Derby matches burn right in to me.
I really struggle with defeat. Worse is the many teams who haven't turned up or shown half the fight or passion of those bastards.
Even our fans have no idea of their deep hatred of us and just how much it influences them as a club.
They only exist to beat or better us.
For them it's not just football. It's cultural.
Now they've had 7 years in prem and have fans in our areas and that fcking kills me.
I work with them and get some kind of cardiffist comment every day. Pathetic.
Thats why we have to win, we have to lord them.
I don't enjoy any Derby matches, lose or win. It's not a game. It's a fight. As soon as the club realise that one, we may galvanise with us supporters...

Said after the game it was the players who were 100% at fault and not the gaffer. I can't see this current lot rolling over so easily.

Lose any match and I'm gutted , Lose to Worzels is horrible
Lose to the Sewer rats gives them their day in the sun.
Now losing to The Gas used to kill me but the worst day ever for me was the infamous black Friday
Hope we never go there again.l
