All pubs are about the people who visit them not about the paintwork outside. If the same people go there it will still feel like home. The pub has been bought out by JW Bassett. They are a decent company and have installed various screens in there.

not exactly a thug pub anymore is it for christ sake.. its a messageboard pub, was in ther talking to my very good friend annis, ther was alot of tracky tops on display but no thugs or even soul crew ?

I hope he is NOT for Rugby first, he assured me we were ALL VERY WELCOME.

JB will have security cams in there, he always does in his pubs and they will ID customers, its the law and he could lose the license if he doesn't and risk losing all the money he is investing.

He will ensure that there will be new tv,s for the customers and all his other pubs have sky as well. He will be very competitive with his prices and offer good value food and it will be clean and the beer will be good.

I know this sounds like an advert for him but can assure you I have nothing to do with him but have enjoyed a few of his pubs.I wish him well and I am sure you will see the difference tomorrow, let's give him a chance boys.

Due to the locallity of the pub I feel we should allow the place to have a chance for our custom regarding the forum.

We supported the Ninian Pub because of Malik for his association with our club, that is he is a genuine and loyal supporter. Besides that I also felt it was a warm and welcoming pub while he was there. This new guy has alot to do to equal or better that and we will be the best judge of that. Saying that and from what I have heard I cannot see it being a problem.
