Adams out for months. Just had an op. Tore muscle off the peck bone.

“He, amazingly, managed to rip his pec off the bone! That’s normally a car-crash rugby type of injury. He has had surgery on his shoulder, he will be a couple of months.”

Just our luck. Hopefully he’ll be able to do a lot of cardio work to keep his fitness up to a degree

Poor guy, that sort of injury is just freakish in football, hopefully he'll recover OK :thumbright:

That sounds bloody painful. And seeing as it is affecting his rib cage as well as his shoulder cardio work will be painful too for a while

This is poor luck for the fella.

Thankfully we have good cover im midfield, but what of this were to happen to a striker like Watters?

Dreadful news. Be like a new signing when back though. Nobody wants injuries but as you indicate, it’s the one area we should be ok.

Good point about Watters getting injured. We can not have Harris leading the line for god sake. Absolutely gutted for Adams though, I thought he was going to be a very smart signing.
