Got at least two years at better level than city unfortunately so forest or the like is a good option for him..

He's lightyears ahead of us and has a lot to offer a club at a higher level. I'd love him back here, but realistically, there's no chance of it happening.

Would love to see him come home, but if he replaces the void Erikson has left at the Bees be happy to let my boy have anew hero from his Dad's home town. Think he would fit in perfectly with Thomas Frank's set up.

Still would prefer he ends his carrier with us, but after the Bale saga not prepared to get my hopes up.

To an extent I can understand your point as he’s never going to play every game.

However, this guy is so good I think we could put up with him just playing half the games !!

He’s too good for us at this stage though, he will get a decent Prem club but I would love to see him back here before he finishes.

Forest would be good for him. Lingard Ramsey and Brennan as a 3 behind a striker would a force

I tend to agree, but, as ridiculous as it sounds, we would be over burdening the centre mid positions with what we already have.

Ralls, Adams, Wintle, Rino, Sawyers all vying for the centre mid (Not including King or Whyte) or attacking point of the diamond, and you can include Colwill in there too.

If it were to happen, I cannot deny that such ability cannot be turned down, but.....
