I don't know much about him other than the goals he scored against us

From memory he was pretty quick and mobile which is much of what Morison is looking for in this new style. I'm not too bothered about the Jack connections, it's been a long time since we signed an ex Jack but most of them that have have done well for us in the past (Dimi being the obvious exception !!) e.g. Curtis, Robbie James, Andy Legg, etc.

Bournemouth paid £1.5m for him just a year ago so he must have something about him. He's certainly better than Watters, Harris, etc., at this level.

A player I've always admired and was hoping we'd sign before he went to Swansea. The only thing I can't understand is he was predominately a winger as I remember. Being looked as a striker if theres any truth in this as we now have loads of wingers.

Wasn't he the winger at Wigan who provided Kieffer with loads of assists before Kieffer came here?

I mentioned him about a week or so ago, not getting much game time ...played as a striker for Swansea fast and strong , would have him in a heartbeat

Didn't Giles start at City then eventually went to Swansea and eventually came back? My memory is not what it was to be honest

Spot on, I’d take him

i wouldn't want him personally due to him being better as a wide man, rather than a striker. with the likes of Ojo, Tanner, Davies, O'Dowda, Whyte, all wingers, i don't feel like we need another right winger. nothing to do with us previous as a jack.
