I haven't received an email either this time. I am away on Saturday unfortunately so can't make it (gutted) so will follow it up with the ticket office next week if it doesn't arrive by then.

Try logging in the app. I can see my season ticket there.
It say download to Gpay which in effect is goggle wallet

Still haven't received mine and can't get through to the ticket office either (I get put in a queue, the line goes quiet then after a couple of mins the line just drops and ends the call).

Try ringing reception at club and get them to put u though ?

I’ve received the email and downloaded the ticket for Brum. Does anyone know if they going to email me before every game with the next ticket, or do I need to log on to my account in future to download them myself?

Working well so far downloading, Brum game ticket updated on Monday without doing a thing.
