I'd say he's on to something. Radio 1 propaganda being pushed this morning. Extreme weather expected every 3 years, time to act blah blah blah. Such a bad crisis the G7 summit keeps having meetings, flying in on their private jets with a diabolical carbon footprint.

Classic case of do as I say not as I do. It's just another form of taxation creeping in that will slowly force us off the roads whilst the rich jet around tax free.

The rhetoric is already ramping up.
20mph zones
Mega fuel inflation ( which started before Ukraine as I put my rates up in Jan to counter the rising costs )
Phasing out petrol and diesel motors by 2030
The electric car push ( look at the carbon footprint creating them )

Yet again they are coming after the working man whilst the elite can do as they please.
Alot of modern issues regarding carbon are to do with unhealthy soil that usually retains the carbon but is being dried out through toxic modern fertiliser treatments but instead of going after the corporations yet again it s over to us with more taxation.

He might be off tangent with lasers etc but he's definitely onto something. The propaganda between now and 2030 will only get worse. As will the way they enforce it on the working man.

No one can help him. He's the most arrogant opinionated ex footballer there is. Thinks he's better than everyone, horrible man.

Correct, a retired ex-footballer with "issues" now more of an expert on climate change, COVID vaccinations, etc, than scientists that have studied this for years and who are actually intelligent

As others have said, there is a degree of paranoia in these posts that is worrying and can lead to much more serious things.

The worry is that there are some imbeciles that will actually believe his rants :banghead:

Yes the "experts" at SAGE did a grand old job didn't they? Don't question those "experts".

"All scientists" agree etc. etc. just a cliché now, of course "all scientists"/"all experts" would agree on an issue if all of those who didn't were censored or character assassinated.

I agree with Dessy above who made a very sensible comment. It is a shame that people can't empathise and listen to people and completely write someone off because of one comment or belief they have that they don't agree with or they haven't evidenced well enough. Fair enough, disagree with that but does it mean you have to write off everything they have to say?

I understand why it is easy to go down the road of paranoia Piledriver in terms of people who get into researching worldwide government corruption, and there are plenty of people exploiting the curiousity of people who have lost complete trust in authority. That is the price society pays when it has blatently corrupt governance (Johnson 2019 onwards), I'd be worried if people were not at least a tad paranoid of our own government at this point? :!:

Cheers guys, just calling it as I see it. I live in Channel Islands and the 20mph zones been brought in here, I just read local news article and one of the ministers already pushing this is a wake up call, we need to consider how we drive how we cook. So I don't have to look far to see this being pushed, I even checked Cardiff weather the other day on BBC only to find a warning coming with the weather with a list of potential harms. So it is already being ramped. We just seem to go from one crisis to another these days.
I just want to go about my life quietly and not pay through the nose for bare essentials.

I don't agree re Uvalde but I definitely believe we are having the full truth hidden from us re COVID, vaccines and Ukraine. Don't trust anyone other than God anymore.

This is a good point that shouldn't be overlooked.

When there have been so many obvious lies in such big stories and when follow the science becomes a political talking point that borders on religious zealots - science by its definition relies on questions not consensus, then it is no wonder people find themselves questioning everything and falling down rabbit holes.

It serves those that care well to blend the crazy with the genuine conspiracy.

Yeah well said, I stumbled on something regarding labels today, if you go against or question any narrative the media just labels you with a bad label that majority of society will veer away from not to get the stinky label, made so much sense, wether its a conspiracy theorist, fascist, far right, anti vaxxer ( I've been called that for articulating my distrust to big pharma from a very personal experience which made me question the whole medical professionals about 5yrs ago )
If something doesn't sit right with me, I ain't about to people please no matter how uncomfortable it gets, or what people think.
I have and always will stand for truth and what feels right in life. I have had to argue with Doctors, Psychologists, CPN's and the system defending my now ex wife, they were so wrong, and made me fight and fight. Twats tried to medicate me and that's when I knew how lost the medical profession is. Literally legalised drug pushers.
That's why trust the science was a major red flag to me. Science is by definition about dialogue and discourse and open to debate, anything else is just propaganda because without discourse, dialogue and debate there is no science.

I don't agree with everything he says but David is a smart guy
Coercing and bullying medical treatments on healthy people for one,is absolutely despicable
