Reconnecting with the team

Mon Jul 18, 2022 1:30 pm

I know it is early days and future results will be all important . However i do get the feeling that many fans are starting g to reconnect with the team and with what the manager is trying to do For a few years now we had too many players that the fans had issues with for many different reason Murphy , Vaulks , Bacuna , Pact, Collins etc
I have always supported every team that walk on the pitch for city even when i have not felt a great connection. City fans have always wanted players to give 100%, but we also want to see some good football . We i supposed are no different to any fans in that respect.
As I said early days as season not even started but i just sense a reconnection from fans is starting

It was great to see some banter and fun between the fans and the couple of players that did the extra running after the match.

Yes, feeling the
reconnection myself.

Feels like a management
Team developing.
Creating development structure
And making Cardiff attractive to ballers...

As a City supporter we are all used to highs and lows(part of our DNA) but it does feel like un upward curve is coming.

I genuinely feel we are two decent loan signings (strikers) away from being the dark horse this season. :bluescarf:

I agree.

I can’t remember wanting a manager/set-up to succeed so much.

Morison is doing exactly what I wanted him to do, I just hope it works.

2 decent strikers and then strap yourselves in for the Cardiff City rollercoaster !! Win a game and they’re heroes, lose a game and it’s Morison out and sell the lot of them !!!!!!!!

A run of bad results and fans will turn on the team and manager sadly that's football fans these days. If we paid 200 million for a squad or 200k it makes no difference results all fans want these days even if its teams worth millions vs freebies :bluescarf:
