At 21 they should be ready for 1st team squad ... just another layer of players which takes up money time and resources things club can avoid especially as morison seems to know what's required in a youngster to get to 1st team squad... think it's a good move especially as last season lot of youngsters played at higher age group .

Always said this Allan by the ages of 20-21 they should already in the first team if they are going to make it and regularly.
