In fairness i like the idea of
Ojo Sawyers Rinamhota Tanner
Or
Ralls
Daley- Campbell O Dowda
Rinamhota Sawyers
Ojo (Tanner)
New Striker
So many midfield options, yet to include, Wintle, Adams, Colwill.
Also like the way Sang and Whyte have been playing. Am veginning to believe they could play in the hole behind a lone striker
If we do get a second striker then we will have a good team and a good bench with some in reserve.

I honestly believe we are now 2 or 3 suitable signings away from having a squad capable of challenging
Top 2? No.
3-10? I'm going to say yes

It's quite obvious that SM has an eye for a player, as these last 2 transfer windows have shown. All he now has to do is mould them into a team capable of challenging at the top end of the table. Fingers crossed he can make it happen.

I think we will go with;
Wintle
Sawyers Rino
Or
Wintle Rino
Sawyers
Could do absolutely anything now though. Right back still slightly worries me as Daley-Campbell is unproven and Romeo hasn’t really impressed me with his outings yet but then I remembered we still have Perry NG. Great depth in defence and midfield already.

There are now loads of options in the middle.
For me, Wintle has to play and Rinamhota can also play wise so, for Norwich , in midfield I’m thinking -
Wintle
Rinamhota Sawyers Ralls. Tanner
Ojo
New striker

Im liking the look of this midfield.
Wintle Rino
Ojo Sawyers Tanner
New ST
But I got a feeling Ralls will take Wintles place as Morison labelled his new contract as massive for the club.

Wintle is nailed on to be in the starting 11 the way Morrison wants to play out from the back he’s the main link. Personally can’t see Nelson or Ralls being regular starters.

Have to agree. The two CBS will split left and right when keeper has ball and Wintle ‘drops in’ so so well.

I much prefer Wintle over Ralls myself. What worries me is how long it took and how much of a big deal we made when Ralls signed the contract. Do all that just to leave him on the bench? I have my doubts. Hope I’m wrong.

The good thing about this season is , 5 subs.
So if 1 or 2 are struggling , there will be plenty of options to change it off the bench .

Didn't think of that but does make sense with all these midfield options. We all know Morrison likes an early change as well if its not working

It’s a long hard season. What we need and haven’t previously had are players that can sub in without upsetting tbr balance of the side. Midfield now looks a strong point and seemingly costs us less than when it was a weak point. If we want to have a chance of progressing towards promotion then strength in depth is vital.
