Cardiff were dealt a blow just after the break when Adams was forced off with a suspected shoulder injury.

The midfielder received lengthy treatment on the sidelines before eventually making his way back down the tunnel, looking visibly upset while clutching an ice pack.

It's not yet clear how serious his injury is at this stage.


Cardiff City were forced into a change - @Ebouadams could not continue. Appeared to be a collarbone/shoulder issue. Hope you are okay, Ebou!

He did a thumbs up to the crowd near the end of the second half so fingers crossed that's a good sign. Looked very uncomfortable when injured though, looked like his shoulder..

Who knows? Maybe he had a sling as a precaution.

Hopefully just a real bad stinger sustained on a hard pitch.
