Very well supported team and always have been Derby is a football city If you have ever stayed there people want to talk about football I found it very much like Newcastle and Liverpool in that manner. I wish Cardiff was more like this I still find when i am back in Cardiff that as a city fan i am in the minority

This does not surprise me at all.

I would not say football is a religion but its definitely a hot topic up here. I don't recall Cardiff City being such a topic when I was growing up there compared to what it is here.
