Cheltenham away pre season

Postby Moff. » Thu Jul 07, 2022 12:41 am

Any one on here going ? Nice away day on the train to get back into it.

Any one got any stories of Cheltenham away ?
Any where decent to go for a few beers in town ?

3pm kick off and landing into Cheltenham at 11ish sounds just about right haha
Its hard being cool

Drinks in the Midland right outside the railway station.

I assume so.

I'm intending on going and paying on the day.

I've booked the Friday & Saturday night for me and the Mrs but haven't actually told her there's a match on!!! Eek....

I'll cross that bridge when we get there but if anybody can confirm it's pay on the gate that would be helpful. :bluebird:

 We're staying in a Strozzi Apartment more or less in the centre of town. The wife thinks it a shopping / restaurant type trip which it may well be.....apart from 3pm Saturday! :D :bluebird:

Just had a peek at their club website and it states ‘Tickets Available’. Not sure if that means it’s NOT pay on gate.

If you film your wife’s reaction when you tell her at least you’ll get £250 from You’ve Been Framed.

I found this on the Cheltenham Town website.

https://www.ctfc.com/news/2022/july/tic ... riendlies/

Looks like pay on the day, away supporters in Hazelwood stand.

I just contacted the ticket office and the girl said that we (ccfc) are selling to our fans on behalf of Cheltenham. That indicates to me that it may well not be pay at gate. £13 a shout, best phone office to check I’d say.
