It is still not a long term solution as he is loaning club money do can fulfill fixtures.... he will own ground so down the road they may run into more problems unless someone buys the club lock stock and the ground... not loan it money.

Hes already bought the ground off Mel Morris so this will happen .

Where was this guy last year Looks like a stitch up regarding paying off debts? The whole derby situation leaves bad taste in mouth of how they've survived while lesser clubs went to wall for less debts.

Absolutely Allen, stinks and hasn't left efl with a good look also this is going to come back to haunt them next time some other club crash.

The other thing is derby still wont own ground all thats been done is this guys company as bought ground off previous owner.. effectively the same situation as previously existed... and yes what happens when next club enters administration will they get same leeway as derby have been given? Certainly any club treated differently will have a case against efl
