Has anyone here ever completed/attempted/failed the Canton Mile??

I haven't yet, but thinking of doing it for my birthday this year in November. I think this is the correct route:

Victoria Park
The Clive
Duke Of Clarance
The Maltings
The Insole
Lansdowne
Butchers Arms
Corporation
Cross Vaults
The Canton
Goscombe
Ivor Davies
Admiral Napier

The maltings is closed now mate and you have to include the ones on the side streets like the robin hood,romilly,beverley etc if you want the certificate and t-shirt.

The idea is to drink in all of the pubs NOT RUN pass them all.

Did it a couple of weeks ago for a friends birthday, was great fun. Ty-Pwll Coch has closed mind aswell as The Maltings and Robins Bar. Went to a couple of nice pubs not been in before. Definately reccomend it!

Yes , but many years ago when The Ty Pwll and Maltings were still open , even had a night cap in town, (the Globe) .It took me most of the folowing week to recover though. Count me in !

Out of those, robins bar. maltings and ty pwll coch are closed. I did it for my birthday a few weeks back, it was a top day. If your planning on including out of the way pubs like butchers arms and the lansdowne then you'll have to start pretty early
